Sarela Bliman-Cohen
Sarela Bliman-Cohen is a product leader who has worked at technology companies for over twenty-five years. She is a long-time Lexington resident and her three children have graduated from Lexington High School. Since 2015, Sarela has been a weekly volunteer at the Lexington Food Pantry. Sarela recently founded a nonprofit organization to support homeless LGBTQ+ minors.
Aviram Cohen
Aviram Cohen, a longtime technology and business executive, has been a Lexington resident for 3 decades. Since 2015, Aviram has been a weekly volunteer at the Lexington Food Pantry. Aviram is the parent of 3 children who grew up in Lexington and are LHS graduates.
Olga Guttag, MEd, PhD
Resident since 1983, Olga Guttag, MEd, PhD (Comp. Sci.), raised her 4 children and spent time volunteering full time in Lexington. She ran a small charity promoting bicycle, pedestrian and skateboarding safety. She led old Fiske’s landscaping project and supervised construction of its new playground. She fundraised for and supervised the construction of the Lexington Skate Park, and for 15 months was a full-time volunteer “client representative” for the early 2000’s Diamond and LHS renovation projects. She served on the Lexington School Committee from 2004 to 2007. She also managed several residential construction projects, the most recent one (2010) a new construction of a sustainable, accessible and hypoallergenic residence.
Denis Kefallinos
Denis Kefallinos has been a Lexington resident since 1996. His broad 30+ year career as an engineer, technology and business leader and entrepreneur span the automotive, electric & gas utility, enterprise software and fitness industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, and an MBA from Northeastern University. He is a former volunteer with the Lexington Conservation Commission. He is the parent of two LHS graduates.
Peter CJ Kelley
Peter CJ Kelley lifelong Lexingtonian. Grandfather of the 5th generation of the family in Lexington. 1967 LHS grad. 1971 BC grad. Retired owner of a local contracting business. Member of a multitude of Town Committees including the PBC (permanent building committee). Member of Town Meeting for over 30 years. Select Board member for 15 years.
Marianne Marso McKenna
Marianne Marso McKenna is a 44-year resident of Lexington and the parent of three LHS graduates. She served the Lexington Public Schools for over 23 years, most recently as Director of Information Technology. In this role, she managed planning, cost analysis, installation, administration, project liaison, and support for technical and network systems across all school buildings, including renovations and new construction projects. Educated at Wellesley and Harvard, Marianne has a background in data analysis and systems evaluation prior to joining LPS.
Lana Panasyuk, PhD, MBA
Resident since 1999, Lana is mother to 5 children (two LPS graduates, one is currently at LHS and two are in Diamond). Lana holds PhD in Geophysics from MIT and MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson, and has 35+ years of technical and leadership experience in sensor and scientific instrument industries, medical device, application software, and physical sciences. Lana has volunteered at LPS for 25 years including leading Robotics teams for 6 years and Science Club for 3 years, and participating in Big Backyard as well as soccer, hockey, and swim sport teams coaching.
Alan Seferian
Alan Seferian has been a Lexington resident since 2002. He retired in January, 2024 after a 40+ year career as a corporate cost accountant, CFO, and Treasurer. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has graduate degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Bentley University. He is the parent of three LHS graduates, a former Town Meeting Member (former webmaster of the TMMA website), and has served on the town’s Tax Deferral and Exemption Study Committee.
